Peabody Ducks

Who has gone to see the duck walk at the Peabody? We went to the Peabody in Memphis last year and it was wonderful! I just wondered how the Orlando Peabody compares and is the duck walk the same? (probably, I know, but just checking ) DD got to be the honorary duck master last year and I was thinking of calling about that while we're in Orlando.

I was thinking the same thing.. we will be in Memphis late Oct and the kids love to go to the Peabody I have friend who's family works there I'll email and find out ....

I stayed at the Peabody in Orlando about 13 years ago and at that time they had the duck walk. They had a red carpet and the ducks walked from wherever they were up to a fountain. I think they did have a duck master? or announcer that announced the ducks. Then the ducks all swam. You could call the Peabody and see what it is like now.

I don't know what time they come down...but I know that they walk to the elevator and back up to their penthouse at 5pm. All the Peabody hotels stick to the same schedule.

11 am and 5 pm .. yes DF tells me it's the same.. but then again he's biased and works there

Thanks, allisophie, for finding that out! I may be over-ambitious in my planning for the week, but I thought we'd try to make it over there one evening. I didn't want to get overwhelmed with too much Disney (as if that's possible...) !
