Hi al. I hope someone out there can help with a pc problem I have.
I was doing a system restore on the weekend using norton goback, restored the master drive ok while it was doing the slave drive I had a power cut, problem now is the pc refuses to boot-up with the slave drive connected giving me a blue screen-error, it will boot-up ok with slave disconnected, I used a usb hdd caddy to hook up to another pc, the new pc can see the drive under device manager but it is not giving a drive icon under MY COMPUTER so i cant read the drive to retrieve the data that is on the hdd. I am pulling my hair out as to what else i can try.
