9:14 was early! I didn't remember to actually look at my offers until almost midnight.
Currently locked in battle with them to give me points i clearly (should have) earned. There have multiple emails back and forth, requests for an actual copy of a receipt (no sweat dudes, I'm a professional hoarder of tiny slips of paper thanks to airmiles ridiculously long time frame for chasing missing miles ), them claiming an offer wasn't valid during my purchase due to waiting until it was no longer showing up - again, I take supporting screenshots for good old airmiles hunting so that doesn't work. They are ridiculously long between responses but I'm equally tenacious, not giving up on my Blueberry points!

still waiting on yet another response to my missing Blueberry points BUT I'm going to take advantage of these offers over the weekend. It's our grandson's 3rd birthday on Monday (where did those days all go?!) and I saw the cutest Paw Patrol lawn chair in shoppers. For the airmiles crew, remember the tornado saga? Soooo many of his things were, as he puts it, "eaten up by the windy forest" and his "outside couch" was destroyed. These extra point offers will let me splurge on things for him that normally I wouldn't even consider buying.

I didn't think they would combine either so I did a dummy transaction on line, to the the point of actually completing the purchase and it shows both bonus offers - redeeming points for more dollar value AND earning those 10,000 points back. I'm willing to try it for real in store later! If it doesn't work, I'm ok with that

***ETA, my targeted "bonus" offer at Shoppers has repeatedly been to get points back when I redeem but I tend to just use them for groceries whenever I have $10 worth. It's unusual for me to have this many in my account

well crap on a cracker! I actually had a good selection of offers that I'd been saving up and neglected to remember that part of "it's Wednesday" visiting our grandson (and his parents) for the week and was just a tad distracted

The main one i use, regularly, carried over so I'll just wait for the rest to pop up and snag them again

Is anyone else having problems with their PC Optimum app? I can see the Dashboard but have not been able to see this week's offers since they dropped yesterday. I tried to logout but I get an error there too. Have closed and re-opened the app but still the same.

Next move will be to uninstall the app but I wanted to check first to see if this is a general problem or something with my app?

I have problems getting my offers with the app on my tablet. When I click offers, I get the "It's not you, it's us." message. This has been for more than a few weeks. My phone is good, and the website, too, so I am able to see the offers. But never on my tablet. (and, yes, I really should uninstall and reinstall on the tablet)

After being unable to use portions of the app for almost a week I deleted it and downloaded a fresh version. Signed in and am able to see everything again.

If anyone else is struggling with the app, you may wish to try that approach.

and since I forgot last week and lost some offers I'd been saving for months, I know it's early but, time to save your offers if you won't be shopping today or tomorrow.

Glad to hear!! I tried that a few times over the week but I got the error too when I clicked the logout button. Closed the app but still nope. Glad it was an easier fix for you.
