I didn't think they would combine either so I did a dummy transaction on line, to the the point of actually completing the purchase and it shows both bonus offers - redeeming points for more dollar value AND earning those 10,000 points back. I'm willing to try it for real in store later! If it doesn't work, I'm ok with thatCan you combine these two? I don't think you can at shoppers.
I have problems getting my offers with the app on my tablet. When I click offers, I get the "It's not you, it's us." message. This has been for more than a few weeks. My phone is good, and the website, too, so I am able to see the offers. But never on my tablet. (and, yes, I really should uninstall and reinstall on the tablet)Is anyone else having problems with their PC Optimum app? I can see the Dashboard but have not been able to see this week's offers since they dropped yesterday. I tried to logout but I get an error there too. Have closed and re-opened the app but still the same.
Next move will be to uninstall the app but I wanted to check first to see if this is a general problem or something with my app?

After being unable to use portions of the app for almost a week I deleted it and downloaded a fresh version. Glad to hear!! I tried that a few times over the week but I got the error too when I clicked the logout button. Closed the app but still nope. Glad it was an easier fix for you.Happened to me today. I just sign out and back in and it worked.
