We're leaving for 3 nights at the PBH in less than 3 days (club room). Is it too late to put in a room request? We reserved through AAA, and I have no idea who/how to ask.

Also, if anyone has suggestions about a good room (or group of rooms), either by numbers or by description, that'd be great, too! (I saw one suggestion earlier today, but can't find it now!!)

Thanks for any help!

Room 2663- deluxe club. 2 queens- close to lounge, overlooking beach pool- full balcony- very close to beach and villa pool. Have a great time!!

Thanks (I still wish I knew how to request it in advance -- we leave tomorrow, and I'm afraid it's too late now, maybe at check-in).

What room type do you have booked?

OK since dsmom detailed the room she stayed in and I have to say thats a great room, I would request that specifically. At this point a call to the front desk with this specific room # is what I would do. In the future fax or call one week prior with any requests.

So you call now and say you are calling to confirm your reservation for tomorrow, give them you res # and say, "I would like to have a request for room # 2663 put on my reservation." There is always the possibility that someone is already in that room for your dates so as a back-up I would request any villa or west wing club deluxe with a balcony or patio at check-in tomorrow.
