Hi to all and thanks for ALL of your info:)! I just booked our trip for 10/07 and got a AAA rate of $263.20 for a deluxe, double queen with pull out couch and bay view. Is that a good rate or should I continue to try other websites?

We're concerned, too, that during Oct. Universal has the Haunted Halloween that will be too intense for our daughter. So, what else can we do in the evenings if we can't enjoy the parks?

THANK YOU SO MUCH:)

The parks would be closed anyways in the evening if HHN was not there. You can go out to dinner at Citywalk and then browse around or go to a show. Go for a swim at the hotel, go hotel hopping or just relax in your room.

October is a pretty pricey time at Universal as far as hotels go.

OK I went to damo's site and entered October 27th date using AAA and the next screen shows property listings with all 3 and the price ranges. PBH is 239.20-447.20. When I hit select the lowest rate is 299?

This is a cut and paste from my post on another thread?
