PBH Fitness Center?

Does entry to the Fitness Center include use of the sauna, steam room and co-ed whirlpool? Just looking at the Club level extras.

You have to really dig to find some old posts about the PBH fitness center, but 2 posters said just having the changing area with all of the lotions, soap etc made it worth their while for club and they liked the whirlpool.
