PBH balcony room

I've read that the smoking rooms at PBH have balconies. Does that mean if ask for a smoking room, even though I don't smoke, I'll get a balcony for the gardenview price? Thanks!

I thought all the deluxe rooms were smoking rooms, with the exception of the terrace rooms. Surely they have standard rooms that are smoking, too?
