PBH and transportation

We have never been to Universal before and are going in March and staying at the PBH. I have read that you can take a boat to the parks, but was curious how you get to City Walk. Where is it in relation to hotel and parks and does it have boat service, as well?

We didn't know the answer to this one either the first time we went (which was last spring!). The boat actually drops you off at CityWalk. From there, it is a short walk to either park.
