PB&J Shake at 50's Prime Time

I LOVE the PB&J shake at 50's Prime Time - does anyone know if you can order this "to go" from either the restaurant or the adjoining lounge? If not, can you order them (to stay) at the lounge? I'd rather not go to the restaurant just to get this shake.

I'm almost positive you can order this (and stay in) the Tune In Lounge. Even if it isn't on their menu, I believe they do all the bar work for the restaurant and would have all the supplies.

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons grape jelly
1/4 cup milk
3 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
