Paypal credit card payments

Hi all,
Need help on this one. If I want to add a credit card on my paypal account to make payments on auctions that I win, will it change my account over to the kind with the fee that can accept credit cards too? I don't want that as that is what DHs account is for, but I don't want to wait to transfer from my checking account either.

I believe if you are selling and you accept a payment to your acount by credit card than your whole account will switch over.

If you are the buyer and paying by credit card it should not switch over.
