Paypal and Ebay question?

I just upgraded my paypal account to "premier". Is that sufficient for selling on Ebay or do I have to have a business account?

Also, it's my understanding that the only fees associated with my premier account is when I receive payment from someone. Is that correct? TIA

Right. Keep in mind that you'll pay fees whether or not they use a credit card to pay you.

ETA... I think if you fund your own account with a credit card you'll pay a fee as well. I'm not sure, since I've never done that.
