Payment question

Ok, there is a disadvantage to booking online as opposed to over the phone, but I can't remember what it is. It has something to do with payment, I think. Thanks!

If you book online you have to make a payment immediately. If you book over the phone you will usually be given a grace period for the initial payment in case you want to mail in a check for your deposit.
