Does Disney offer any monthly payment plans wear you can pay on time?

Yes. You can put down a $200 deposit on a package. However that only works if your trip is more then 45 days out. You can make monthly/ weekly payments on it. Or whatever works for you. The package must be paid for 45 days prior to your arrival.

If you do room only you'll have to pay the a deposit equal to the 1st nights stay. And the balance will be due at arrival.
