Payment method for "A Private Affair" ?

For those of you who have done "A Private Affair" with Chef Gordon, does he take credit cards, specifically AMEX? I just need to know if I need to bring cash or if I can charge it on my AMEX. Thanks.

If you leave a credit card for room charges at the front desk, you can charge it to your room. You will LOVE a private affair.

Thanks for your quick reply. My DH and I will be doing "A Private Affair" one evening while my parents watch are 3 children. We are looking forward to a meal alone!

The only thing is that Gordon will NOT let you put a tip on any type of charge. He insists that he does not want to be tipped! We managed to leave some cash behind, however...
