Payment due at 45 days

My parents are 45 days out today.
What happens if the don't make their payment? Does their trip get cancelled? Do hey lose their deposit?

Are they still planning to go?

If they booked directly with Disney then they should call and try to see if they can extend the time for a few days. If they booked thru a TA have them call their TA and they can call Disney.

They shouldn't lose their entire deposit.
