paying room only balance before arrival

I made "room only" reservations at ASMu and paid the 1 night's deposit. I would like to pay off the rest of the stay before we get there. Is there any way to do this? I keep looking online but I can't find the answer. I'd also like to know if the resort will add our tickets to our KTTW after we get them. We have the GAD voucher and will have checked in to the hotel before we go to the park to get the voucher redeemed.

i called reservations in december and was able to pay for my room in full before arrival.

You can just call and pay off the balance. Generally, the resort can add the tickets to the KTTW card when you get there, but I don't know how if this works differently with the GAD voucjer (I don't even know what a GAD voucher is).

Your tickets can be added to your KTTW, but only after you have tickets in hand. After you get your voucher tickets upgraded, take them to the concierge desk at your resort. They can transfer them for you.

Other have answered the primary question, but I want to address this one real quick. The Give a Day, Get a Disney Day vouchers as you mention can only be exchanged at theme park ticket windows/guest relations. There may be some confusion: concierge can't do anything with them. Once they are exchanged for tickets, they can be upgraded to Magic Your Way tickets (if you wish) by paying the price difference to the ticket you want (these tickets have an exchange value of a one-day, one-park Magic Your Way base ticket), but only at theme park ticket windows/guest relations. Resort concierge does not have full access to the system to complete this task.

If and once they are Magic Your Way tickets, they can be added to your Key to the World card.

Just call in and you can either pay it all or make a payment whenever you want. We booked the Poly for this summer and we've been doing the payments.
