Paying online thru DCL website

I'm just wondering if anyone had a problem paying for their cruise through the DCL website?

I paid the deposit for my Dec 2005 cruise online on Saturday but today still did not see changes to my reservation. It's still showing a deposit due. Is this normal? How long does it take before your online reservation show that you have paid?

I had no problem and it updates instantly. I also receive an email every time I make a payment within minutes. Did you get an email with the reservation #? If you did not call your credit card co and see if it was charged, if it was call DCL and let them know. If it was not charged then it may have been a blip on the website. I have used it 5times and have a zero problems. I have one last payment to make next month... yahooie! Best of luck!

Hmmm, I'm wondering if I did something wrong. Did you have to do anything after you click the "charge my credit card" button? I got a page that said "thank you for your payment", and then it showed a screen that allow you to make further payments through other credit cards. I just hit the "back" key. Did this mean that the payment has gone through? I did not receive any email confirmation.

I would guess that it did not go through... I was directed to an account summary page where it listed my account payment, the balance due, and all other info like what category I had reserved and the names of the travelers.. I would call your credit card co. and make sure that you were not charged 1st. If it was not charged then try it again. I received an email within minutes of booking that had the payment I had just made and all account info like amount due, the reservation #, traveler names, birthdays and so on....

Some email systems like yahoo and hotmail might think the email Disney sent was spam and deleted it or stored it in a junk mail folder. You might check that as well. If all else fails call DCL and give them your name used when booked, they should be able to confirm who you are on phone and give you the reservation # that way. You will need the reservation # to make all future payments...

Hmmm...I've made three payments online for our March 05 cruise, most recently last Friday. No problems...update was instantaneous. Did you print out a receipt? I've always received an email confirmation.
 
Thanks everyone for your helpful suggestions.

I called DCL today (Tuesday) and was told by the agent that they have some computer clitches on the weekend. I was able to pay my deposit over the phone. The agent told me that my payment probably did not go through because I did not receive any email confirmation. I called my credit card company and no charges were posted by DCL.
