Paying for a rental house

Found a listing on vbro been in contact with the owner and it is cheaper to rent through them, then vbro site. How does everyone pay for their rental? Should I do PayPal with credit card? They will charge me an arm and leg as I am Canadian.

Paying by bank wire would be the cheapest for you but Paypal is a great option although it might be more with the fee. They have a pretty good dispute resolution policy should you run into any difficulties with the rental.
