paying dues on dvc site

Anyone having a problem paying their dues online? It is not giving me the link to pay, and there is a note stating "We can not process a payment for Contract Number ****** at this time because you currently have a pending transaction for this Contract. Please try again later." And I do not have a pending transaction for my contracts. anyone else getting a message like this? Could it be a problem with the site?
 
I have the same message, but on Friday, I did pay the dues for a single one of the add ons that we have. I want to use a different credit card for the others, and it's not letting me.

I will call tomorrow to see what's what. Although, I seem to remember this sort of thing straightening itself out last year.

Just curious if either of you had your dues on automatic payment, such as auto debit to a checking account or if you are just trying to pay the monthly amount due?

I think they have some sort of month end closing process that seems to take several days before it clears all the 'in process' actitivity before it lets you make any additional transactions. And to me it seems to lock the accounts with this "transaction in progress" message even though you don't have any transactions truly in progress.

I waited a couple of days last month, then it opened up again and paid my dues via credit card just fine.
 
thanks for the info. i do not have it on auto debit, this way i can choose when and how i want to pay. i will wait a day or two and try again, or call ms.

I got the same message on Friday. I called member accounting and they said it was a problem with the site. The CM then took my info and I was able to pay over the phone.

Early this morning, around 6, the problem was still there. Now that it's after 9AM, I went back on line, and lo and behold, I was able to pay on line.
