You can't currently pay dues via Paypal. If you have some sort of PayPal bonus, you can buy Disney Gift Cards using PayPal and then pay the dues with the gift card.

For ease, buy a disneygift card at shopdisney.com which accepts PayPal.
For discounts, you can buy disney gift cards from BJ wholesale to get ~4% off and then apply them to your dues.

I’m in Canada, so no BJ’s. I did notice the ability to buy gift cards in shop Disney with PayPal, that’s why I wondered about dvc. I just bought one card for $25 to test it out. Still waiting for the e-card to appear in my inbox. It’s been about two hours.

I live in the UK and buy gift cards from Disney using US$ from my PayPal account. I then use the gift cards to pay my dues. The eCards usually don't arrive in your in box until the next working day. You can then credit them immediately to your DVC dues account.

Didn’t work for me. I bought a small e-card to try it out. Got an email from Disney saying they couldn’t verify banking info. Could be because it’s my Disney account and DH’s PayPal account. Anyway. Not worth the trouble.

Have you tried? Just wondering, as I live in midwest and there are no BJ's here, but am able to order online and get them delivered.

It might be a bit more complicated with import/export laws...
