Our balance is due to be paid in a couple of weeks to WDW direct, booked through the UK site last summer and although I have been able to access my booking through the WDW US site before , just recently I can't. How do we pay the balance ? Now the uk site seems to be gone and I have been bumped to US one.
I always had to pay by phone. For some reason it would just never let me pay online. In fact, wouldn't let me book online either. They are open until 5 pm today. Just give them a call and ask them to post you out a receipt.
