Pay Less car rental.

Has anyone used Payless car rental. Can get a decent rate. We don't mind going off site., will just have to adjust our return time. If you have used this company, how was the shuttle. Did it come in a timely manner. Did you find it a hassle? Would you do it again? Going from Sept. 19-26

I have used them before. I found the shuttle to be timely and efficient but the rental center to be slow and disorganized and pretty high pressure on the insurance (although they all seem to be at MCO). To be honest I would have to see prices at least 30% cheaper in order to use them or any off site place for that matter. That being said, if budget is your key factor and you don't mind riding the shuttle then absolutely go for it. Just keep playing with the codes and coupons as your dates approach because you may get a better deal from an on-site company.

Right now I have 2 reservations. One is for Alamo Sept. 19-26th, compact car, using code 7011111 for 168.15. If they refuse me , I have Dollar with OOAG code for the same car and time for $216.15. I can get Payless for 159.00 for that time. So if I can get through Alamo, using that code. (I have no idea where it even came from) there will not be an issue. But the difference from Dollar to payless is about 60 dollars. I think I will just sit on it for right now and keep checking for last min. deals when it gets closer. Husband says it does not matter to him, but it is an early flight and will be a long day, so hate to do any extra running around right away.

Maybe check out Enterprise. Right now they are the cheapest for my October trip. They are on-site now too. I have a full size car for a week with a 5% off coupon from the Entertainment book for $185. Without the coupon I think it was $191.

Sorry, I checked the Enterprise rates today and they are way up. The above reservation was made yesterday.
