Pay for children at Swan?

Anyone know if the price changes whether or not a child is under three or over three in the Swan?

My understanding is that the price at the Swan is for the entire room--2 adults and up to 3 kids. You would pay extra for a 3rd adult (over 18) or for a rollaway bed. There's no cost for the crib. We stayed there this summer with our 2 year old, but the price of the room would have been the same had he been over 3. You don't pay for a park ticket if the child is under 3, but that's through Disney, not the Swan/Dolphin.
