I ran in to get one of those fancy stapplers for a teacher gift (great idea I must say so my self) I did a quick run through saw no scrapping stuff anywhere.
So at the register I asked and she said what ever was left was back in the discout bins...Well about a 1/2 hour later I return to the register with a boat load of stuff!
I cut cutter bee pointy sissors, $1 each, bought them all! Undo $1
metal charm eyelet things, 50 cents, Hermifix refills for the dots, $2 paper $1
undo $1 fiber, all makin memory $1 Photo case picture holders, $1 and best, a generations paper taker, $2 the kind iwth the zipper! I know I have other stuff too, some rub ons and paper page kit...Oh and zig pens, $3 for 8 or 9!

:cool1: awesome, congrats....
we dont have an office depot near by :guilty:

no the one in Delaware across from the Concord Mall. I haven't been to hte one in springfield for awhile. They did have stuff about a month or so. Not these deals so it might be worth a look!

Wow - you got some great deals! There's no O.D. around here that I know of or I'd be out the door... :moped:

You know, I need to go to K-Mart to get some regular supplies (vitamins, dog food, etc.) and what happens to be next to the K-Mart - Office Depot! I feel a shopping trip tonight! :teeth: Thanks!

OT (not to hijack the thread) but I just noticed on your tag Spinning that you can create stuff from hot glue...I had a friend who years ago who made a "foot" for a Ken doll out of hot glue!! :rotfl2:

I didn't bother to go to OD when it was first posted that they were clearancing their scrap stuff....I thought it was too far for me. But today I had some running to do & discovered that they moved to a new location - right up the street from Mikes & ACM! Sor of course I had to run in. :teeth:

I had to go back for a 2nd run through because while the 50% off of posted prices was OK - it wasn't what actually rang up at the register! I was expecting to pay $6 for a pack of 8 Zig pens, but they rang up at $3. (I missed that Spinning mentioned that one. ;))

In addition to paper for $1 (anywhere from 20 to 40 sheets depending on the color - all the same price) I also got:
Xyron 150 refill - $1
Little X - $2
Combo card pack (makes 48) - $2
metal glue - $0.74

There was really very little else left. :( No funky fibers, no cutter bee scissors, etc. I was also very surprised to find out at the register that the Hermafix refills rang up at full price! :confused3 But I did good! :teeth:

Not much left in mine, but picked up a few things. Can't figure out why the hermafix which is sitting right there with all the other stuff won't get discounted. That's what I really wanted!

Thanks for the great heads up. I got 4 refills for my Zyron150 for $1.02 each. Got tons of stickers - some werent markdown but rang up anyway. Jolees for 75 cents. got a huge bag full for $13. I talked Dh into going to one in another town tomorrow to see what they have.

Oh they had Crop-n-style Jr crop bag that was 40 for 10 but I passed on it. I have two rollies

Pammy Jo -- which OD did you go to - Sterling or Leesburg? or both?
