Patty helped me recently with my Pal Mickey issues and I wanted to shout out to her how much I really appreciate her efforts. I left a message for her on her day off, my last day there, that there really IS a problem at Epcot with Pal Mickeys! I'm not crazy!
Patty not only believed me, she worked to help me solve the problem and/or find me someone to talk to about this problem. I actually found a CM in Mousegear who confirmed my problem wasn't just me, it was real and they were working on it!
So thank you, Patty...you really made my day...saved my Pal from the scrap pile!
