I have a feeling that all the DVC resorts have converted to DVD already. We had a dvd player in our GV and one bedroom at OKW in January.

Check and let us know the definite answer.

Someone suggested buying a cheap VCR down in Orlando and hooking it up down there?

I believe BWV is the only resort where they installed the combo DVD/VCR units, the rest went to strictly DVD. I was at BWV again in April and our 1 bedroom had the combo, although I didn't use it on that trip.

Just to tempt you a little more into buying Tivo, I have all the Disney Great Hotels and all the other Travel Channel Disney specials on my Tivo. When I want to watch one I just have to push a button. No more tapes to search through and clutter my entertainment center. And while you're at the store pick up an iPod too. DVC/Tivo/iPod my three favorite things!
