Path from TTC to Poly

I would like to watch the Electrical Water Pageant on my next trip and was wondering if the walking path from the TTC to the Poly is still open at this time. Is it open? Thank you!

As a matter of fact, since the Poly monorail station is being refurbed and the monorail doesn't stop there, resort monorail drivers make an announcement that if you're going to the Poly you should get off at the TTC and walk (I was there and heard it Saturday).
