Patchwork twirl skirts

This is my first post so I hope I do this right. I have looked at these patchwork twirl skirts and think they are beautiful. Are you using a pattern? If you are, what pattern is it. If not, could someone tell me where to find the directions. I would like to make one for my grand daughter's trip to Disney in the fall.
