Password Reset did not work... had to create a new account...

Hi - I had to create a new account since the email password reset was not sending it to me. I would love to just be under my original one since that is the email I use most. Does anyone know who I can contact to get that one reset? My old one was rundisney79 so I created this new one to be rundisney-79
