Passporter 2003?

Has anyone yet got their passporter 2003? I still can't order it on Amazon, how long does it take to arrive if ordered direct, and what do they charge for postage!? Many thanks

I ordered it direct and got it yesterday, 1 week later, if you order from the passporter site you get 20% discount and this more than covers the postage.
