You go to the yellow building, there will be a guard or two in military uniforms by the gate (the sign on the building says "Bahamas Port Administration Building"). Tell the guard you want your passport stamped and they will let you pass. Inside the building, I think we made a right and walked almost all the way to the end of the hall. There is a passport office there and the officer can give you a stamp.
