Can anyone tell me if they have done the passport thing at Epcot? What all does it involve? Would my almost 4 yr old enjoy it? thanks. How much does it cost too?

My then DS5 had his passport stamped, and built a mask, throughout WS. My DS16 got into it, professing only "wanting to help his little brother". It was great fun for both of them, to the point we had to tear them away from some of the kidcot stations.

A side note: by sheer coincidence - a song he learned in Pre-K - my DS5 knew "hello" in Japanese. The CM was impressed when he put his hands together, bowed out of respect, and told her hello. She spent a couple of extra moments with him, making it a little more special for him. Somewhere around here there's a thread with that describes how to say hello in various languages.

Good luck, and have fun!

YOu buy the book for 9.95 I belive and as you go to the coutry they stamp it and write something in it. My boys 10 & 8 did it but did'nt do the kidcot but enjoyed doing the pasport. My dd 7 did the mask and pasport and loved doing it. We were there doing the mask so why not do the pasport. I think she would enjoy it and if nothing else its a cool souviner.

We didn't buy the passport. My DD did the mask thing. She colored a little bit of the mask in each country (in the UK, alice in Wonderland colored with her!), then each country stamps the wooden stick and has a die cut symbol to add to the mask. It's pretty fun and it's up on DD's wall right now.

Edited to add: The mask and all add-ons are free. Yes! Something free at Disney!

DD3 also enjoyed the masks at the Kidcot and had it stamped at each country. While working on a scrapbook for her first trip we came across a play passport in Michaels for $2 and will take that for her to get stamped on her next trip.

We did this with our brother and he loved it! You can also get a necklace thing in Epcot and collect things to put on it at kid cot stations in Living Seas and other places.
