Passholder w/ 40% pin question

I'm an AP holder and I got one of those 40% off pins in the mail like a lot of others posting on this board. I'm wondering if I can get the 40% off ON TOP of my AP room discount, or is the 40% strictly off the rack rate? Also, it says 40% off value resorts...can this code be used for moderate and deluxe resorts too?

One last question...can the code be used more than once?

It's 40% off rack rate. You can use it multiple times.

I can say a big YES to this, I have the Poly garden view booked for $213 a night. (Before taxes.)
