Passholder Site Issues - Help!!!!!

Someone please help me. I have a room booked at a regular rate and given the new discounts, I'm trying to go on the passholder site and see if I can do better. After 20 minutes of waiting to get in, I can't figure out where to click to book on-line anymore. There USE to be a section that specifically said Best Rate Program. This site sucks and we all know that, but I can't seem to find out where to click to try this. I'm sooo frustrateed and my trip is in 2 weeks. I have to hurry.

So - once I sign in to the passholder site - WHERE THE HECK DO I GO???

Go to www.disneyworld.com

Click on the link for Passholders....its on the right side of the page, next to Florida Residents

Fill in your annual pass info and log in.

Once signed in, click on "Special Offers" on the left side on the page.
CLick on 2006 Passholder Benefit
Click on "Book Now"

Fill in your dates and choose resort.

That should be it.

When you have signed in at the passholder site, there is a big box in the top center of the screen that says: 2006 Passholder Benefit Book a last minute trip or plan ahead and SAVE!.

Why don't you just call? I know the internet is convenient, but given the time crunch you're in I think it would be easier to call than spend the time searching for it online right now. At least now you know how to find it in the future.

I did call and they told me I couldn't get the discount UNLESS I booked on-line which annoyed the HECK out of me once I had all this trouble. I'll try one more time since you guys have laid it out so simply and if that doesn't work, I'm calling and telling them they HAVE to do it by phone because the site SUCKS.

Okay, I couldn't get the site to work so I called and got the best CM @ CRO known to man. She was wonderful. She said "don't worry about that site, I'll do it for you." Her attitude restored my faith (I had lost a little of it) in Disney service. Long story short, I changed my ressie from POP @ $79 a night to POR @ $79 a night. Much better...thanks to everyone who helped me. I guess it depends on what CM you get when you call because the first time I called the guy told me he couldn't book it for me because to get the discount I had to book on-line.

lesson learned - keep trying it you get a clueless CRO CM.

Pam, I'm so glad you worked it out for you. It's too bad though that after buying the dern pass, you have to call every single time for anything you need to do, just because Disney, with all their power and money, can't seem to figure out how to create a user friendly site.

I have been going on and on about my problem with them for several weeks now - I haven't been able to log on to the AP site since late Nov/early Dec, when they decided to change the log-on page. A phone call and several emails to Disney have done no good. They have given up on helping me.

They need to get rid of their web people and hire someone that actually knows how to make a decent web site. No one should have to come here to try to figure out how to log on to the AP page. It should be SIMPLE! It isn't!Theirs is one of the worst sites I have ever used. Sorry for all this, I am steadily losing the magic.

Yes, you can sign on to the AP site with a voucher. There are 3 types of passes you can sign in with. They appear on the AP log-in page.
