Passholder Question

I'm pretty new to this whole forum thing and am having trouble figuring out where to post things- even to find things..

1) My purse was stolen a few weeks ago and my Disney annual pass was inside. Does anyone know if they'll usually replace these? And if they do, will I still have a number to access the webpage? I really want to do the Disney Best Rate program (assuming it's still working)
 
Wow, that stinks! Did you save the sheet that came with your vouchers or write down your passholder number? I would call as soon as possible and explain your situation. They should be able to re-issue you at least a new voucher. You can get on the website with a voucher, so hopefully they will do that. The Best Rate Program is currently working through 12/19. It has been announced that you can book through 2/15/06, but they haven't updated the website yet. Good luck!!
 
If you lost the actual annual pass they will be able to find it in the system and replace it. You give them your name and address so as long as you have ID showing this it shouldn't be a problem getting it replaced.

I don't think you can do this ahead of time. This is something that have to be done in person at WDW.
