So last week i found a internet connection and got on line during a Boat Show!
and it was postponed. So Today I had to work and there was no way to get onl Iine! By the time I got home Sold outl! I was so hoping to get in because we are gonna be there on Nov 3rd. Oh of course theres soft openning now! I really hope we get lucky and at least get to ride mermaid.

I'm super bummed. I was ready to register at 12pm today, down for technical difficulties... Then called the passholder hotline since the website wasn't accepting my voucher #since we just renewed. Kept saying all the lines are busy and to call again later... Called about 50 times and now at 10pm their at capacity. So sad

Soft openings... Are those for everyone or is it a chosen few?

We were ready a week ago, then put off, then tried for 90 minutes yesterday before the "technical difficulties" delay was posted. Came back at 6:00 eastern, spent another hour and a half before we got thru to the main reservation number (forget getting thru to pass holder help). They gave us a website that had been set up about "30 mins earlier" which we went to. By this time, choices were limited, but we did secure a confirmation for Sunday evening on the 11th. Do not understand why the only message we kept getting was that they were busy helping other passholders. They do so many things so well, why is the website not one of them?
