My brother was able to get through on the DVC preview by telephone (after being on hold 30 minutes). If you're staying on points, you might try that as an alternative (it's on the Sundays, I believe). I'm still fighting the AP website for the Saturday date I want...

Im still on hold. The system may still start working!
I don't care about it not being exclusive, with all the soft openings. When we are there the soft openings may not be available.
