I'm having trouble logging into the AP site. I renewed my AP last month and have received my voucher. When I enter my name and number and hit submit, it will not let me enter the site. It keeps taking me back to the "gate" page. It doesn't tell me it's a wrong number. I have deleted cookies and temporay internet files and have tried Mozilla Firefox. Any other ideas???
I should note that the first time I tried using the voucher number, it let me in no problem. Since then...nothing.

Make sure you are entering the info in the correct option, there are three different areas and check the box for it. I also have made the mistake of entering the wrong year.

Also, make sure you type in your name exactly as it appears on the card. Any difference could be enough to cause the system to return an error.
