Passholder code FDV

Anyone used this code? Did you access the website using it? The CM I spoke with was rather clueless on room types and how to use a code. I was trying to verify on the passholder site and couldn't get any info on this code and found no place to put it in for ressies.....

anyone got any ideas? help?

Yes, used FDV for Labor Day w/e - got Coronado (mod) for $105/nt, std room for 3 nights. I called - the Disney website is not intuitive at all, is very slow and has locked up before. Also, you have to cancel within 46 days if booked online, only 5 if you call. Good luck!

I called the main reservation # and got a CM who said that I have to FINISH my trip by the 29th, not just check in by then. I said no, thats not true, as long as I start by the 29th, my rate is valid for my stay (just 2 nights). She wouldnt budge. So I said thank you for your time, I will try the passholder #. I hung up and called passholder and this SAME CM answered the phone! I just said no thanks and called later. And of course was told that as long as I check in by the 29th, I get it my entire stay.
