Went to my Credit Union and had to pay the 120.00 in fees.. We have never had a overdrft so I guess my credit union is not one that "forgives". I will now be contacting Disney to let them know how unhappy I am with the mistake they made...
This is definitely not right. I don't have any extra overdraft protection on my account either but I can still ask for a forgiveness if it's been a year since my last one. Heck, many times my cu just forgives it before I can even ask. I would go higher than the branch manager, I know my cu has multiple branches so I would have no problems going higher up if I needed to. Did you have the supporting docs? I know I received a copy of my agreement via email.
Please, keep us updated. I'd like to hear what Disney has to say.
