Just heard today, we passed ROFR on our resale contract...250 points BCV...194 points coming in Feb, Feb UY, 73.00/point... I knew it must have been reviewed as RuthnPaul's contract went to Disney on the same day as ours...so I called today and got the good news!!!
We thought we would make it past ROFR after seeing that Disney ROFR'd the 700 point contract with the same UY late last week....
(sorry that it didn't go through! Keep trying!!!)
After an anxious 21/2 weeks, it looks like a combination of pricing and waitlist that is driving Idsney's decision to ROFR or not.... looks like anything around 72.00 whether stripped or not seems to be getting through...with 71.00 I think on the fence depending on the waitlist. Anything below 71.00 looks like it's not going to get buy Disney at least right now....
Wanted to thank everyone for all the pixie dust sent our way and now I can pass that all on to anyone else who got caught in the middle of the price increase...

Also, thanks for being there...I know there were a few people a bit upset with us monopolizing the boards with our "anexities", but it sure did help to have the support!!!!

Congrats on passing ROFR. A few of us got caught, but I'm so happy to hear that some got thru. We're back in the waiting game again on our new contract so who knows 
. I'm glad to hear of some contracts passing though, it definitely gives us hope!
