Passed ROFR......OKW Here I Come

I just got word from The Timeshare Store that Disney passed me on.

Yea! OKW here I come. 100 points added to my already home points of 200 at BCV.

She said that it would be about 3 weeks for the title check and other paperwork.

If anyone can give me some insight to what happens next, I would appreciate it.

Welcome Home!

You will usually be in the DVC computer within a week after closing...and then you can start making resevations.

Once you know closing has occurred just call MS and they can look up your new member number by your SS#.

It tooks us 1 week from passing of ROFR to get our Memembership ID and ablility to use it.

I faxed our signed contact back on 8/20/03. When I checked with Pat on 8/22/03, she said that all the paperwork had been sent to Disney. About, 2 weeks passed and I got word of our acceptance.

Ours was faxed from Timeshare Store to Disney on 8/11 and we're still waiting. Day 32 and counting.
