I couldn't believe it. It was submitted to Disney on Friday, and I received my email from Sharon at Fidelity today. small contract but still!

That's great!! I just finished working with Sharon and only have great things to say about her. I passed my ROFR in 7 business days!! And I had my points in my account only 6 business days after closing! I had expected it to take weeks, so was pretty shocked last Tuesday morning when I logged into the members' site to see my newest contract had been added.

We're working with Sharon at Fidelity as well. Ours went to ROFR on 9/28 and we got notice of passing today as well!

we just got notification too on a 55 point contract at AKV. the seller accepted our offer last sunday, so figuring a few days to get the docs back to TTS, ours was about a week. I expected it to take much longer.

Congrats to all that passed. We passed ROFR on two contracts with Fidelity/Sharon within the past two weeks and when we received the closing docs, we were overcharged on the full closing costs on both of them. Just giving a heads up to all.

Maybe there are certain resorts that they don't hold for the 30 days because they have no interest in them?

Congrats to both of you! I'm still in the negotiating phase, trying to find the right resale contract. In talking to one of the brokers today, she claimed that is the hardest part of the entire process. She said very few contracts are being refused by Disney, so fingers crossed, I think you're both in pretty good shape!
