Oh my gosh, I am just beside myself with excitement and joy! When we first signed our papers for the resale I saw a ton of posts on here about deals not going through because of ROFR, I was in a panic. I was thrilled to find out today after 3 weeks that we passed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just had to share with you, this is going to bring such joy to my family!!!!!
