Yea!! We just put in an offer on a contract at GCV that should go to ROFR in the next day or so. I hope we have good news in the next 30 days.

Congrats. We know we want to add on in the next couple of years and are seriously thinking GCV.

It is 100 points with a June use year. We have 160 now with a June use year. I cannot believe how many GCV have been available this week. Usually they are few and far between.
