
Ticket counter could not trace it on their computer! I went to Guest Services who was unable to look it up on computer, took my word for it and gave me a new complimentary one with the 2 days. Guess she could tell by the desperation in my voice that I was legit. I think they can only trace ones bought directly from them, not the store

I had the receipt and the numbers. Also showed them my nephew's just in case the numbers were in sequence. BTW we got the fanny pack back. FW called me when we got home, I told them what we had lost, they said that's what they found and mailed it up in 2 days.![]()
