Hi there, which room type on what ship?

On the Dream, in the veranda rooms, there is a lot of closet space and the beds are high enough to accommodate rolling your suit cases under it.

You don't say which ship or what type of room you will be in. But I can tell you two things anyway. Yes, your room will be small (they all are pretty much) but there will definitely be room for several suitcases. The rooms are very efficient with lots of storage space. So don't be afraid to bring what you want. My sister's family had a five person veranda room (three adults, two teen-aged girls) on the Fantasy, and they had like a dozen suitcases between them. They fit everything in.

It id really handy that you can store items under the bed. You could on The Dream. Plus hopefully you will be enjoying the ship and not in the room that much!

No matter what room you are in there will be a queen sized bed. You minimally can fit as many suitcases in the room that fits under a queen sized bed. We were also able to fit a suitcase in the closet. I assume with 5 people you are in a category 4 room. That should give you plenty of space for luggage. We had 4 suitcases in a category 4 with no issues. Remember once you unpack you can also put suitcases inside of each other

Thank you, everyone! We are on the dream with a verandah in a category 4. I will let my hubby know that we can fit everything under the bed. You all are so helpful!

We cruised as part of a longer trip and stored 4 full size suitcases, a stroller and a carry on under the bed!

We cruised in a ocean view on on the Wonder. The key was UNPACKING. We had 9 suitcases for 3 of us. It was a 14 nighter and we did a few days in Miami seeing family first. (Plus 2 formal nights and 3 semi formal nights of clothes). All of our luggage nested inside of each other and we fit it all under the bed, plus a booster seat.
