Party of 5 at Sci Fi

How will a party of 5 be seated? From everything I am reading/seeing, the cars look like they only seat 4.

Nope....some of the cars seat 6!!! It's awesome by the way.

Good to know....but now doing more research, I have seen some "table" cars....are they the only ones that seat 5? I want to sit in an actual CAR facing front.

We were a party of five and were seated in a table car that sat 6. There were 3 rows of seats in the car, a front row, middle row, and back row, all facing front. I was told when we arrived for our ADR that because we had reservations, we were guaranteed a car. I did see a few other cars that didn't face front, but the majority seemed to. I'm thinking you shouldn't have a problem if you make an ADR. It is a really neat atmosphere and good food. And our waitress was really good with helping out our kids in the front row so we didn't have to keep going up to them to help or ask them about what they wanted since we were in the back row.

If you make a reservation, you will get a car (unless you choose not to have one). It's really not an issue with 5 people. The only thing you will have to concern yourself with is who is sitting with whom and who is sitting solo.

We are 5 and it is a car with 3 two-seaters. Like OP said, you just need to decide who is in the solo seat.

We were seated in a car behind a family of 4. Three rows of seats. First two seats had two each and we had three in our row. Very tight and not very comfortable dining.
