Well...we survived the party of 14! I was the planner, organizer, etc. of this group which consisted of my DH's family. I tell you, we could not make a move unless the entire group moved..
It was not my typical WDW vacation. My inlaws are a group of drinkers. They would prefer to stay at the resort, pull the chairs out of the rooms and drink beer as they enjoyed the view of Sassagoula River. I am so glad that we were in building 1, top floor, away from everyone. I apologize to anyone if you were near us. I fear we may have run off one of our neighbors.
The weather was really nice after the rain showers each day. There were crowds, but I expected that. Didn't really get to do much, but felt like I ran the entire time. I guess because I was the leader, I felt I had to be up early, and available always...no sneaking into the room for a nap
especially since we had connecting rooms w/ BIL's family and we always had company.
I still love this resort. We had a beautiful water view..we even got to see some of the renters of boats crashing into the walls. Yes, we were watching you
The only downer to the whole vacation was transportation. This is the worst I have ever seen it.
Any questions?
