Will I be able to get ADRs at any of the popular spots?

For a party of 12, I might be inclined to call to book. I'd try online 1st and if it shows no availability then i'd call and see what they say.

You should get most if not everything you want at 180 days. Beyond that, you will have trouble with Be Our Guest for sure, maybe 'Ohana if you want it before 8 PM.

We are a party of 9 and it was hard for us, even at the 180 day mark for BoG. Most places we had no issue, but the popular places we did. But, as long as you dont mind splitting tables, just break it in half. 6 and 6. We did this, 5 and 4 and were able to get the ressies for the popular places.

We are a party of 14 and no problems except for BOG. We even got Ohana for 7:00. I called and was able to get 4 separate ADRs for BOG around the same time. The reservations are 5 minutes apart.
